My Appreciation Part 1

I thank Allah, the owner of my soul, who made my journey to and fro safe. How many people leave their homes on a journey of no return? Indeed, I’m grateful for this. I’m grateful for all the opportunities Allah has given me and will forever be thankful to Him.

There’s something unique about the people around me, especially those who are part of the MajmolQueen Charitable Foundation team. Allah has chosen these people for a purpose, making them among those who are sincere and humble. Imagine doing things solely for Allah without expecting anything in return – this and more are why they’ll always have a place in my heart.

I’m grateful to all the MajmolQueen Foundation Board of Trustees, led by Ustadh Kabir Al Asfar, and all our team members. I respect Ustadh so much and ask Allah to continue to make him firm and grant him steadfastness.

While planning my short trip, I thought of giving back to the community and staff at UCH who were once there for one of my relatives. To execute this plan, I needed good people willing to seek the face of their Lord. The first person I contacted was Ustadh Rasheed Haashim, followed by Babe Baseerah Ribigbe. Ustadh will never say no to anything related to Majeedah. Babe said, “Darling MAI, I’m always ready. All you have to do is notify me. I always want to be part of Khayr.

Olayiwola Suliat Yetunde, Sis Jariya Aramide, and Amsod are part of my great people when it comes to MajmolQueen Publications. To everyone who makes our books available in your various states, I’m humbled and honored. I love you all.

Ibn Abdillah As-sudaisiy Al-Iloori, Aliyah Bint Aliyy Oladapo, Mallam Akeem Ibrahim Abu Zayd Idris Ismail, and Mallam Balogun Abeeblah Ajıbola (Oniwaka of Nigeria) not only amazed me but also gave me love, hope, and sincerity. Oh, Aliyah, Olori, as I fondly call her, may your days be long on earth. May Allah grant all your secret prayers. These people didn’t know I’d be coming home, yet they agreed to meet with other team members at UCH for our foundation’s humanitarian visit. This is beyond me; I was wowed and happy. I’ll never take this gesture for granted – it means a lot to me. May Allah grant you all everlasting joy.

BN AbuHaneefah wowed me beyond reasoning when he agreed to join them all the way from Lagos. How can I not appreciate him more? I’ll forever be grateful to you. May Allah grant you success in all you do.

To my lovely friend, Mansurah Opeyemi, all the way from Abeokuta, I appreciate you. Dear, l love you. May Allah love you more.

Oh, Mallam Saheed Oladele, Baameeko of Ibadan land, is my brother anytime, any day. How can I even begin to appreciate him? This man is the embodiment of humility and honesty. I’ll talk more about him in part two, Insha’Allah.

To be continued, In shaa’Allah
