Sometimes, we wake up thinking about everything we still need to accomplish, everything that went wrong the day before, and everything we are yet to figure out.
But pause for a moment.
You opened your eyes this morning.
You were given another breath.
Another opportunity to pray.
Another chance to make things right.
Another day to love, forgive, give, serve, and draw closer to Allah.
That alone is a blessing worth saying Alhamdulillah for.
You may not have everything you prayed for yet. You may still be waiting for that breakthrough. You may be carrying worries that no one knows about.
But you are here.
And as long as Allah has given you another morning, your story is not over.
So, before you complain about what is missing, thank Allah for what is present.
Alhamdulillah for the gift of another day. Alhamdulillah for life. Alhamdulillah for another opportunity to return to Him.
Sometimes, waking up every morning is enough reason to fall into sujūd and whisper:
“Alhamdulillāh, Yā Rabb.”
