While you work pretty hard to look beautiful, and much harder to promote your business and brand, l ask, how much effort do you put into seeking the face of your lord?
See, it’s important to strike a balance between both. Once you are gone, your beauty will not do you any good. But, your dedication towards seeking Allah’s face will be of great assistance to you.
So, while you wake up thinking of the route to take, be sure you also add to your to-do list, what it means to prepare for death, the inevitable. After all, your body will eventually be consumed by the grave – a place of loneliness. Have dunya in your hand and not your heart.
